Welcome Pathway Coordinators

We are excited to introduce and welcome our two newest team members, Bryana McNamara and Chelsea Mercado, who are joining us as K-16 Pathway Coordinators. Their expertise and passion for education will be invaluable in supporting our collaborative’s mission to strengthen pathways between K-12, higher education, and workforce development in the Inland Empire.

Bryana McNamara brings a strong background in educational partnerships and program coordination. With experience in student success initiatives and community engagement, she has worked extensively to develop pathways that enhance student access and achievement.

Chelsea Mercado comes to us with a wealth of experience in education and workforce development. She has supported cross-sector collaborations and student-focused programs that bridge education and career opportunities, ensuring students have the resources to succeed in postsecondary education and beyond.

They will play a key role in coordinating partnerships, supporting program development, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives aligned with the Inland Empire Regional K-16 Education Collaborative’s goals.
